Below are the entry forms for each rodeo of the entire season.
There are also IMPORTANT procedures that all contestants and parents need to be
aware of when entering. There will be no excuses for not following these
procedures.
 | Please fill out your entire form correctly. If there is any missing
information you will be contacted by the rodeo secretary. Respond
immediately, you will not be entered into the rodeo until entry is
clarified.

| Sunday is limited to 12 entries per event, on a first come first
serve basis. If you need a Sunday entry, please enter early.

| Mandatory – Entries must be postmarked 2 weeks prior to the rodeo.
Entries will not be accepted at the rodeo office at any
time. Entry deadlines are posted on each form, any entry past deadline
will be charged the $25 late entry fee.

| Please pay by check or money order for entry fees only.
Fees must accompany entry form or you will not be entered. Entry fees are
not cashed until the Monday after the rodeo. Each rodeo must be paid for
individually. Families may pay by one check per rodeo for multiple
contestants. |
CALLBACKS

Tuesday prior to the rodeo. Any discrepancies must be brought to the Entry
Secretary’s attention before 5pm on Wednesday. Changes will not be made
after the final deadline. If there are any
